Rolling is when an object has both rotational and linear kinetic energy. The formula for the total kinetic energy of an object due to rolling is given by:

Rotational power is very useful, especially because the amount of power that motors create can be given by the equation above. Otherwise, angular power works the exact same way as power is known to work.
