Physics

By definition, physics is the natural science that governs the behavior of matter throughout space. While that definition is most certainly true, it doesn't really do the subject as much justice as it could. Physics is almost like the top of the pecking order when it comes to our universe. Its laws(aptly named) are like the governing body for every single occurrence in nature. The way your body functions is deep down all a product of physics, especially quantum physics. The way our Earth orbits the Sun and gives us our cherished days and calendars, along with education and jobs, all happens simply due to physics. The reason why it takes a bit of physical effort to push your shopping cart at the grocery store is simply a product of physics. Lastly, the device you're viewing this page, this sentence, this word on are all collectively due to physics.
